Where we ship
We currently ship within Singapore only.
Shipping fees
- Free shipping on orders of $100 and above.
- A flat $5 for orders under $100.
The shipping fee is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
Every piece is handmade and checked by hand before it leaves us. Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 3 working days of payment. Weekends and public holidays are not working days.
Delivery
Orders are sent by SingPost tracked mail and usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days after they ship. Delivery can take a little longer during festive seasons and big sale periods.
Your address
Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If something is wrong, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 working days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll follow up with SingPost for you.
